Our classes are conducted through Zoom, providing the convenience and flexibility you need to fit yoga into your busy schedule. With morning and evening batches available, you can choose a time that suits you best.

Yoga Classes for Every Level

Beginners

Start your yoga journey with our Beginners classes, designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga. These sessions are perfect for those new to yoga or looking to refresh their basics. Our expert instructors guide you through each pose with clear instructions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. We also offer tailor-made preparatory classes to help you build a solid foundation at your own pace.

Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30 am – 9:30 am

Intermediate

For those with some experience in yoga, our Intermediate classes offer a chance to deepen your practice. These sessions focus on refining your technique, building strength, and increasing flexibility. We provide a comprehensive approach that includes breathwork and meditation, helping you enhance your overall well-being.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday: 7 am – 8 am
  • Monday & Wednesday: 7 pm – 8 pm

Intermediate/ Advanced

Take your practice to the next level with our Intermediate/Advanced classes. These sessions are ideal for practitioners who are comfortable with more challenging poses and sequences. Our hybrid format allows you to join online or attend in person at our location, providing a dynamic and engaging experience.

  • Monday to Saturday: 6:30 am – 7:30 am

Gurukrupa: Spiritual Yoga

Join Dr. Lalita Nadkarni for Gurukrupa: Spiritual Yoga, a special class that delves into the spiritual aspects of yoga. These sessions are designed to nurture your spiritual growth, with a focus on meditation, breathing techniques, and the philosophical teachings of yoga.

  • Monday & Friday: 5 pm – 6 pm
